About the access request process

Access requests are reviewed by a member of the Snolarkew team. The team may contact you to request further information before responding. Access is not automatic, and the team does not commit to a specific response period. The outcome of each request depends on the nature of the information requested.

Not sure where to start?

Read the Functions page for a full description of the access process, or visit the Platform Overview to understand what the service covers.

What to Include

Writing an effective enquiry

The more clearly you describe your request, the more efficiently the team can respond. The following points are worth considering before you submit.

Name the category or record

If you know which category your enquiry relates to, include that in your message. If you have identified a specific record — by its label or any identifier visible in the interface — include that too. This helps the team route your request to the right person.

Describe the purpose of the request

Briefly explain why you need the information. A short explanation of context helps the team assess what level of access is appropriate and whether clarification is needed before proceeding.

Use a reachable email address

The team responds exclusively by email. Make sure the address you provide is one you can access. If your request requires a detailed response, the team may send one or more follow-up messages before the matter is resolved.
